Sometimes a cup of Mitoku Instant Miso Soup - Mellow White With Tofu is just what you need. A hot, savoury, umami cup of goodness to warm you up when you get to camp or a little hiking entree for when it’s not quite time to make your dehy meal yet.

Ingredients:
Freeze-dried Miso (89%) (soybeans, rice, sea salt, a trace of roasted barley flour, Koji (Aspergillus oryzae), dried green onions, freeze-dried Tofu (4%) (whole soybeans), Kuzu (wild kuzu root, Pueraria lobata), Nigari (Magnesium chloride).

Contains soy and gluten. Processed on the same line that handles fish, crustacea, milk, wheat & sesame.
