Online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Wellington from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or outside of our opening hours will be dispatched on the next business day.

For your peace of mind, all orders over $50NZD are sent with signature required. If you choose to add an authority to leave, please be aware that we are unable to take responsibility for any parcels that go missing once the courier has confirmed delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.

• Orders under $149 NZD - NZ Post shipping calculated at checkout. 

In store pickup

• For those local, we offer a free pickup in store option within our opening hours.

Wellington Central

• Orders over $149 NZD - We offer free of charge (and emissions) delivery with the awesome bike couriers at Nocar Cargo! Delivery option will appear at checkout if eligible.

International Couriers

• Orders over $500 AUD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
• Orders under $500 AUD - DHL Express calculated at checkout. 
• International Snail Mail 🐌 - orders under $500 NZD (your local postal carrier): 7-21 business days.

Oversized items are automatically excluded from free shipping at checkout.

International Couriers

• Orders over $1500 NZD -  Free shipping with DHL Express.
• Orders under $1500 NZD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

From the 29th of August 2025, all orders to the USA will be subject to duty and tax charges no matter their value, payable by the sender based on the country of origin that the product was manufactured. Until we work out an affective way of managing this, we’re pausing USA orders. We’re working on a solution and look forward to shipping to you again soon!
