- Online gift card vouchers are sent via email to a nominated email address - either yours or directly to the gift recipient (make sure you check your junk folder!).
- If you wish to have the voucher sent as an email gift card directly to the recipient, please enter their email address in the customer information at checkout.
- You can also enter your own email address at checkout - this way you can add in a personalised message and forward the email gift card onto the recipient. Use this method if you would like to print out the voucher and give to the recipient in person.
- If you would like us to mail a physical voucher to your recipient, please add this request to note at checkout along with the shipping address.
- Our gift card vouchers don't expire.

New Zealand:
For those local, we offer a free pickup in store option within our opening hours.

Order over $149 NZD - Free shipping with NZ Post.
Orders under $149 NZD - NZ Post shipping calculated at checkout.

Wellington Central:
Orders over $149 NZD - We offer free of charge (and emissions) delivery with the awesome bike couriers at Nocar Cargo! Option will appear at checkout if eligible.

Australia:
Orders over $300 AUD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $300 AUD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Rest of World:
Orders over $700 NZD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $700 NZD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Wellington from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or outside of our opening hours will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email us at kiaora@coffeeoutdoors.co.nz so we can give further instruction.

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Please send returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please choose tracked shipping as Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.
If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be in original condition with original tags and packaging.
No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items - please choose carefully!
No refunds or exchanges are given on special orders.
Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
