We (Shev & Tom) opened Coffee Outdoors in 2022.

We're an independent, owner operated outdoors store based in Pōneke, Wellington. Offering a refreshing experience that's approachable, whilst providing the very best in what we specialise in - without taking ourselves too seriously.

You will find a carefully curated selection of outdoor equipment and apparel sourced from mostly independent, and always high quality brands. We stock products that we believe are the perfect balance of functionality, impact, value, and style. We want our customers to make thoughtful purchases with the trust that they are investing in quality gear.

We’re a tiny young team of people who LOVE being outside with a shared background in tramping, trail running, fast-packing, bike-packing & hike-a-bike adventures.

We exist to inspire recreation outdoors by finding adventure in everyday life. We have a wonderful community in Wellington of people really making the most of our beautiful city. If you are keen to get involved, ask us about our weekly ocean dips or monthly trail runs.
