All sale items purchased in-store or online are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.

- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Please send returns back to us within 7 days of initiation.
- Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please choose tracked shipping as Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.
- If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be in original condition with original tags and packaging.
- No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items - please choose carefully!
- No refunds or exchanges are given on special orders.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
- Your loyalty balance will be adjusted accordingly.
