Returns

No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items. Sale items purchased in-store or online are final.

No refunds are given on purchases made with Afterpay - full price purchases made with Afterpay are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of initiation.
• Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer.
• Please choose tracked shipping. Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.

If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be:

• In original, unworn/unused condition.
• With original tags.
• In original packaging.
