No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items. Sale items purchased in-store or online are final.

• All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of initiation.
• Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer.
• Please choose tracked shipping. Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.

If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be:

• In original, unworn/unused condition.
• With original tags.
• In original packaging.

• Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
• If you are exchanging an item which is oversized, you will be charged for shipping on your exchanged product.
• If you are exchanging an item on an international order, you will be charged for shipping on your exchanged product.
