Returns

No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items. Sale items purchased in-store or online are final.

No refunds are given on purchases made with Afterpay - full price purchases made with Afterpay are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

How to Request a Return:
- Email returns@coffeeoutdoors.co.nz.
- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of initiation.
- Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer.
- Please choose tracked shipping. Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.

Return Eligibility Criteria:
If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be:
- In original, unworn/unused condition.
- With original tags.
- In orginal packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items.
- No refunds or exchanges are given on special orders.
- No refunds are given on purchases made with Afterpay - full price purchases made with Afterpay are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Return Costs:
- Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
- If you are exchanging an item which is oversized, you will be charged for shipping on your exchanged product.

Loyalty:
- Your loyalty balance will be adjusted accordingly.
