When Ray’s favorite water bottle went missing during a multi-day backpacking trip, he was left parched. A minor inconvenience quickly became a major hurdle when left thirsty out in the hills. Upon returning home, Ray set out to create the ideal bottle cap and tether so he would never lose his bottle again, leading to the birth of Common Gear 🪶 Tiny innovations solving simple ultralighter problems.
