If you wish to return an item, please email us at kiaora@coffeeoutdoors.co.nz so we can give further instruction.All sale items purchased in-store or online are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.- Please send returns back to us within 7 days of initiation.- Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer.
