The Durston Kakwa 55 Pack is an ultralight pack for multi-day missions with an aluminum frame for structure. Designed from first principles of load carrying and ergonomics, the Kakwa 55 delivers exceptional function, comfort and usability in an ultralight sub 900 gram pack. Constructed from Ultra 200X (Dyneema®) which is several times stronger and more abrasion resistant than traditional nylon pack fabrics. 

The updated 2025 Durston Kakwa 55 Pack features larger shoulder strap and hipbelt pockets, an improved ergonomic design.

Orders over $300 AUD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $300 AUD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Rest of World:
Orders over $700 NZD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $700 NZD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Wellington from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or outside of our opening hours will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please send returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
  • Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please choose tracked shipping as Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.
  • If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be in original condition with original tags and packaging.
  • No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items - please choose carefully! 
  • No refunds or exchanges are given on special orders.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
