The Montbell Storm Cruiser is the pinnacle of Montbell’s rainwear and a result of 25 years of development and 9 iterations . We believe this jacket perfectly balances weight, performance and durability. It comes in a weight that firmly puts it in the ultralight category, whilst maintaining an incredible level of performance, using a 3-layer Gore-tex that will perform for years.

*Japanese Sizing with a boxy fit. Taking one size up will allow for a puffer jacket underneath comfortably.

Cut from a single piece of fabric, the K-Mono cut reduces seam lines and helps increase the waterproof rating. 
Waterproof zipper removes the weight of a storm flap. 
3-way adjustable hood, making it easy to get in exactly the right position. 
Elasticated and velcro cuffs help keep the elements out. 
Adjustable waist tension. 
Hip belt compatible pocket placement. 
Includes Gore-tex stuff sack.

For those local, we offer a free pickup in store option within our opening hours.

Order over $149 NZD - Free shipping with NZ Post.

Wellington Central:
Orders over $149 NZD - We offer free of charge (and emissions) delivery with the awesome bike couriers at Nocar Cargo! Option will appear at checkout if eligible.

Australia:
Orders over $300 AUD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $300 AUD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Rest of World:
Orders over $700 NZD - Free shipping with DHL Express.

Online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Wellington from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or outside of our opening hours will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please send returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
  • Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please choose tracked shipping as Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.
  • If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be in original condition with original tags and packaging.
  • No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items - please choose carefully! 
  • No refunds or exchanges are given on special orders.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
