Online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Wellington from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or outside of our opening hours will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.
