Coffee Outdoors gift wrapping. Our gift wrapping includes a grid pattern of all of our Coffee Outdoors icons and each parcel is finished with a thin Paracord bow. Paracord is a cord used in the outdoors and for you to keep handy after you’ve opened your prezzy! You can also add a personalised message for us to write by leaving a note with your order, or add a Kemi & Niko Greeting Card! If you're sending the gift straight to someone, just let us know in the order comments and we'll make sure a gift receipt is included. Australia:Orders over $300 AUD - Free shipping with DHL Express.Orders under $300 AUD - DHL Express calculated at checkout. Larger orders/oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. Returns
If you wish to return an item, please email us at kiaora@coffeeoutdoors.co.nz so we can give further instruction.All sale items purchased in-store or online are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.- Please send returns back to us within 7 days of initiation.- Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please choose tracked shipping as Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.- If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be in original condition with original tags and packaging.- No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items - please choose carefully!- No refunds or exchanges are given on special orders.- Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees.
