Tiramisu

- 1 Coffee Outdoors Instant Sachet.
- 100ml filtered water for your coffee (strong coffee is best, so this is less than recommended if making a brew to drink).
- 8 Lady Fingers or any other sponge fingers, Savoiardi are best!
- 1 packet of vanilla instant pudding (I used Gregg's).
- Milk powder to make 500mls of milk (or however much your vanilla instant pudding requires).
- 1 Cadbury Flake (or 1 tbsp of cocoa powder if there's any chance of melting).

- When you arrive at your destination, make your pudding. This needs some time to rest so you want to make it before you're craving it!
- Follow the instructions to make your vanilla instant pudding. The instructions will tell you to pop it in the fridge but a cool nook in your tent/hut/outside will suffice.
- Add 100ml cold filtered water to your mug and stir in the Coffee Outdoors Instant Coffee Sachet.
- Add a few sporkfulls of your vanilla instant pudding to your serving/eating vessel.
- Dip your sponge fingers into the coffee, one at a time and lay on top of your instant vanilla pudding.
- Add a layer of vanilla instant pudding over your sponge fingers.
- Repeat your layers until you've ran out of sponge fingers and vanilla instant pudding.
- Bash your flake in it's unopened packet and sprinkle over the top layer or sprinkle cocoa powder.
- Allow your tiramisu to rest for a while until you're ready to eat.
