District Vision’s eyewear manufacturer produces the world's most revered sunglasses. Established in 1966 in Fukui, Japan, the factory has a singular focus of hand crafting the highest quality eyewear in existence. The engineers share a common ambition with District Vision: to create something special and unique. This partnership drives a culture of creativity, innovation, teamwork, and unwavering quality.


All of District Vision’s frames are designed in-house and finished by hand. Since the brand's inception in 2015, they have collaborated closely with the manufacturer. As a testament to their close relationship, they name each style after an engineer at the factory.
