When Moore Wilson's removed their Scroggin (formerly Energy Mix) from the shelves after covid we were devastated. Nothing quite beats their perfect mix of dried fruit, nuts and Whittaker's. We asked them if they could bring it back and here we are - you're welcome x

Orders over $149 NZD - We offer free of charge (and emissions) delivery with the awesome bike couriers at Nocar Cargo! Option will appear at checkout if eligible.

Australia:
Orders over $300 AUD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $300 AUD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Rest of World:
Orders over $700 NZD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $700 NZD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Wellington from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or outside of our opening hours will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.

Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please send returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
  • Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please choose tracked shipping as Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.
  • If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be in original condition with original tags and packaging.
  • No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items - please choose carefully!Ā

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
