Lightload towels are a super light, can absorb 10 times their weight in moisture, quick drying and super soft on your skin. They are made entirely from Lyocell which is a fabric made from plants, making it 100% biodegradable and compostable. These towels won't last forever but they will see you through a solid thru-hike and they won't give off microplastics as they wear. As it's made of wood, Lyocell products only take a couple of months to decompose, contrary to other plastic-based items that could take up to 100 years to biodegrade. We think this is the perfect cloth for wiping away condensation in your single wall shelter and drying the dishes. If you are an ultralighter you can dry your whole body with it, it might just take a while!

New Zealand:
For those local, we offer a free pickup in store option within our opening hours.

Order over $149 NZD - Free shipping with NZ Post.
Orders under $149 NZD - NZ Post shipping calculated at checkout.

Wellington Central:
Orders over $149 NZD - We offer free of charge (and emissions) delivery with the awesome bike couriers at Nocar Cargo! Option will appear at checkout if eligible.

Australia:
Orders over $300 AUD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $300 AUD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Rest of World:
Orders over $700 NZD - Free shipping with DHL Express.
Orders under $700 NZD - DHL Express calculated at checkout.

Online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Wellington from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or outside of our opening hours will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email us at kiaora@coffeeoutdoors.co.nz so we can give further instruction.

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please send returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
  • Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please choose tracked shipping as Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.
  • If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be in original condition with original tags and packaging.
  • No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items - please choose carefully! 
  • No refunds or exchanges are given on special orders.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
  • Your loyalty balance will be adjusted accordingly.
