Online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Wellington from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or outside of our opening hours will be dispatched on the next business day.
Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.

- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Please send returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
- Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please choose tracked shipping as Coffee Outdoors is not responsible for any delays or loses.
- If you wish to exchange/refund due to change of mind, products must be in original condition with original tags and packaging.
- No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items - please choose carefully!
- No refunds or exchanges are given on special orders.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, we deduct the amount from your refund to cover shipping fees. This is $5 within New Zealand and $40 for all international orders.
