The X-Mid 2 has been developed from the first principles of geometry to achieve the most weight efficient, simple to use and stormworthy design for a trekking pole shelter. The result is a double wall tent that is incredibly user friendly, capable and spacious while weighing just 880 grams. At this weight you would expect to sacrifice a serious amount of comfort but the X-Mid 2 retains all of the features that make for a liveable tent whilst offering up to 50% more interior room than comparable 2 person tents.

Updated for 2026 with more robust fly zippers and a stronger floor fabric, building on the 2025 upgrades of high strength silpoly fly fabric, added reinforcements, improved hardware and redesigned pockets.

Hot Tip:
Works perfectly with adjustable trekking poles, or if you are bikepacking just pick up a set of ultralight Z-Flick tent poles.
