The X-Mid 1 has been developed from the first principles of geometry to achieve the most weight efficient, simple to use and stormworthy design for a trekking pole shelter. The result is a double wall tent that is incredibly user friendly, capable and spacious while weighing just 720 grams. At this weight you would expect to sacrifice a serious amount of comfort but the X-Mid 1 retains all of the features that make for a liveable tent whilst offering up to 50% more interior room than comparable 1 person tents.

Now in its third generation, the X-Mid 1 has a wider, taller and longer interior than before, all while shrinking the packed footprint. The old mitten clip connections have been replaced with easier to use buckles, and the interior zippers now have 90 degree corners for smoother operation. It's also been updated for 2026 with more robust zippers and a stronger floor fabric.
